The staff makes the difference. They are very attentive, explain the map (which made a huge difference on our plan) and serve you in great ways (breakfast). Vincenzo is a great and valuable staff as he speaks many languages and is very knowledgeable. The hotel is flexible and very service oriented, we could enter earlier as our room was ready and available. Location is perfect we could get anywhere from a walking distance. The room is big, fresh, open, good heat and temperature, air flows. Thr bathroom is comfortable.Overall I enjoyed and rested well.

We loved staying at Concept terrace- location is amazing, we walked everywhere and so close to bus, Metro, Trevi fountain, Borghese Gardens and Colosseum. The staff were so kind and thoughtful, the breakfasts were awesome- fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, cereals, pastries, eggs, bacon, rice, cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit and yoghurt- honestly the best breakfast we’ve had and kept us going through the day. Staff were available to help as needed and happy to assist. Thank you to Palmera and team for looking after us so well!!

The room was lovely, the shower was great, and the staff were really helpful and friendly (they went beyond normal to make sure we were comfortable). The staff member gave our son some potato chips for no reason, he was really nice. They order us taxis to dinner and to the airport. Our room had a balcony and loved having breakfast out there. The normal place for breakfast was great too. The breakfast was really good, the eggs and bacon, pastries, salad, I looked forward to it every morning. If you are sightseeing this is perfect.

Breakfast was great every morning, with plenty of alternatives to pick from. The host and all of the staff were really helpful and kind, always willing to assist with a smile. Their friendliness made our stay much more pleasant. The hotel's location was ideal for touring the city. We would strongly recommend this location to anyone visiting Rome and would certainly stay here again!

Everyone is SO NICE, especially the ladies from the breakfast (sorry, I forgot their names). These ladies made our stay here even more special. It felt like we were going to their home for breakfast every morning. They went above and beyond. They treated us like family, especially my daughter. We loved it. Also, the location of the hotel was perfect. We walked everywhere.
